Hey, we’re Jeremy and Kalin. Our passion is crafting dream homes that go beyond just blueprints! When we’re not turning dreams into realities, we are blessed to spend time with our vibrant blended family of 9. Together, we’re enjoying quality family time that consists of a love for travel, bonding over music, cozy movie nights, competitive game nights, and exploring the wild outdoors with one of our many adventures. As a family we fill our spiritual cup by serving in the creative departments of our church.

I grew up in a contractor’s home and naturally I plunged into the dynamic world of construction. When I was 14 I began my own journey in the industry, and over time I started accumulating a wealth of hands-on experiences. Now with over three decades of wisdom in the industry, I’m a proud seasoned construction professional. I’ve etched my mark in many diverse projects: from building multi million-dollar homes to crafting intricate outdoor backyards, to transforming interiors, each unique venture results in triumphs. Yet, my greatest achievement? Mastering the art of team building. With years of experience under my belt, I’ve fused together all necessary skills instilling a profound understanding of the artistry and precision required in the construction field.

There is so much happening behind closed doors. My role in the construction industry is vital because I understand how critical communication is. I know the right words truly do matter and feeling heard is more than just using your ears! I have a background in customer service, as well as the medical and mental health fields. For many years I’ve provided unwavering care and support to those in need. I’ve also stayed at home raising my children, which naturally enriched my skills. With my extensive experience in customer service, I’ve gained strong communication skills that hone in on empathy and compassion.
